Easy Breathing Exercises to Do at Home

1. Pursed-Lip Breathing
How to do it:
Inhale slowly through your nose for 2 seconds.
Purse your lips as if you’re blowing out a candle.
Exhale slowly through your lips for 4 seconds.

How to do it:
Sit or lie down comfortably.
Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.
Breathe in through your nose. Let your belly rise.
Breathe out through pursed lips. Let your belly fall.
🟢 Helps strengthen your diaphragm and improve oxygen flow.
3. Box Breathing (4-4-4-4 Method)
How to do it:
Inhale for 4 seconds.
Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
Exhale for 4 seconds.
Hold again for 4 seconds. Repeat.
